I am 2/3 of the way though week 5 of the couch to 5K running plan, and I am feeling freaking amazing!
Today's workout consisted of
5 min warm-up walk Run for 8 minutes walk for 5 minutes Run for 8 minutes 5 min cool down walk
I took a nice slow pace and I got though it unscathed. Although tomorrow I have to run 20 minutes straight, and I'm a wee bit terrified that halfway though my body will collapse and I'll be found hours later by one of the millions of snooty people who live in my neighborhood while walking their dog that is the size of my foot.

I had an epiphany last night while watching David Letterman (I still think he's the jam, even with Conan on the scene now), Tim Gunn and the Coop would make the BEST couple on planet Earth!
I mean, the mind boggles at the power pairing of TWO silver foxes, but I do believe that it remains within the realm of my comprehension...Even if it is the outer limits of said comprehension.
Search no more, I have found the perfect man for Tim.

Kelly & Paul had a soft, romantic color pallet and incorporated their monogram throughout, starting with their yummy letterpress invitations that I'm completely smitten with, using just the couples first initials. Their initials resurfaced on the ceremony doors, and their married monogram was subtly displayed on the beautiful cake. Kelly also had a monogram dress tag for her gorgeous gown using her pre-married monogram. These are all great examples of the different ways you can incorporate many different versions of monograms throughout the wedding. The couples incredible florals were created by Janie Medley of JM Flora, and their fabulous day was captured by Eleise Theuer Photography.

This was filmed once again in Kazimierz, Poland, using local inhabitants as extras. It took over thirty consecutive hours to film, and the food had to be kosher of course as the locals used were all Orthodox Jews. As the filming went on, they ate, and for the successive shots of the table the food had to be replenished. The poverty stricken guests just couldn't understand what was happening, as they thought they had been invited to a real wedding. When one woman asked why so much food they explained that it wasn't a real wedding - only a film. It is possible she had never seen a film, for she said: "Why didn't you tell me that before? With so much food, I could have brought my daughter to get married for real. She has a chassen (bridegroom) but we have no money for a dowry to make a proper wedding." Molly suspected her husband (Jacob Kalich) may have given the woman the money, as later she smiled at Picon and said "Are you lucky to have such a rich husband."
It's a sobering thought to think what would have happened to these people only a few short years later.

Rarely do I write personal posts, but I'm just so excited to share my review of Sweet Pea Studios with everyone! As you all know by now... I'm expecting in early December (just 10 short weeks!) and just had my baby shower this weekend. My dear friend Krystal, who is the talented photographer of Sweet Pea Studios located in Fairfax, VA was thankfully able to attend and convinced me to let her take a few maternity photos... and I'm so happy that she did! Her talent truly amazes me and she did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed, comfortable, and beautiful at a time when I'm the most self conscious.
